Yeah, straight up non-cash would likely create a tax issue for a lot


of athletes, but I don't think we'll have a scenario where a car dealer can give an athlete a $50K car for an endorsement, but can't give him $50K in cash. Either we allow the endorsement -- in cash or non-cash value -- or we don't. And if we allow straight up cash, then non-cash items could be grossed up to handle tax consequences.
